Mr.Sreeraj Jayakumar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) with a specialization in Finance and also a qualified Company Secretary. He also holds the qualification of Diploma in International Trade Management
Additionally, he is professionally trained in IATF, ISO, and ZED audits, strengthening his expertise in quality and compliance standards.
An accomplished and detail-oriented Company Secretary with over 18 years of combined experience in accounting and secretarial functions. With 2 years of post-qualification expertise, he is proficient in ensuring regulatory compliance and facilitating effective corporate governance. As the Director (HR) and Company Secretary at Sowparnika Thermistors and Hybrids Ltd., he manages statutory and legal compliance, as well as oversee all HR-related functions. His association with Sowparnika, which began in 2012, has allowed him to build strong organizational frameworks and contribute to the company’s long-term success.
He started his career in GENPACT as a process associate in the year 2008 and had received the Best Debutant Award in the year 2009. He has also undergone his Secretarial Training with Directus Consultants Pvt Ltd as part of his Company Secretaryship professional degree.
