Mr.Rajmohan R holds multiple prestigious qualifications, including being a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, Insolvency Professional, Registered Valuer, and Forensic Accountant, equipping him with the skills and knowledge to advise on a wide range of financial and corporate governance matters.
With over 17 years of post-qualification experience, Rajmohan R brings a wealth of expertise across various aspects of finance, accounting, corporate governance, and insolvency. His diverse career has allowed him to develop a comprehensive understanding of financial operations, risk management, auditing, and corporate restructuring, making him a trusted professional in the industry. He possesses almost a decade of banking service experience, including branch in charge roles, demonstrating exceptional leadership and strategic acumen. Currently serves as the senior partner in SVAR & Associates, a reputable firm with branches in Thrissur, Aluva, Delhi, and Bangalore. He is an independent director of Sowparnika since August 2024.
