With over 40 years of experience in the electronics industry, Mr.Nampoothiry holds a pivotal leadership role at Sowparnika Thermistors and Hybrids Ltd., driving the company’s vision, strategic direction, and daily operations. As the Executive Director, he plays a lead role in executing board decisions, managing organizational operations, and ensuring the company’s financial sustainability and long-term growth.

His extensive career includes significant experience at Keltron until 1993, where he was actively involved in the production and marketing of electronic components, further strengthening his deep understanding of technology and manufacturing processes. He was one of the founder partner of G&G Associates, Angamaly, Ernakulam in the year 1993 which was engaged in the manufacture of invertors and UPS. Also, he was also the founder partner of PENTA in Calicut which produced and marketed various electronic appliances including invertors, UPS, etc.

A qualified Chemical Engineer, Mr.Nampoothiry combines his technical expertise with exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills. His ability to work closely with senior management teams allows him to ensure that organizational goals are achieved efficiently and effectively. His leadership has been instrumental in shaping Sowparnika’s growth trajectory, establishing a strong foundation for the company’s continued success.
